Learning to deliver a new training program can be daunting for even the most seasoned trainers. So, recently we decided to try something new and rather intriguing. With the move into
our wonderful new office space just outside Toronto, we decided it would be a great idea to invite clients to attend a complimentary train-the-trainer at our new location. We were so thrilled with the response that we immediately scheduled a second session… and a third (in Los Angeles, to test the waters there)… and then a fourth. Sessions number two and three are happening this week; one at our HQ and the other in Los Angeles. Both are fully booked!
Our first complimentary Train-the-Trainer (T3) was conducted personally by our Head of Facilitations, Sue Wigston. Here’s what she had to say about the experience:
“It was a wonderful opportunity to invite clients into our new office and train them on Gold of the Desert Kings™. Although the participants were from different organizations and industries, it made the conversations valuable and interesting as we were able to understand the lessons from different perspectives. It also allowed for an exchange of best practices and tools. All of the participants walked away excited about delivering their first program.”
But don’t just take Sue’s word for it! In attendance at that first session was Sarah Bettencourt, Human Capital Leader from Teranet, an international leader in electronic land registration. Sarah commented that she received great value from not only learning to run Gold of the Desert Kings but also in seeing behind the scenes at Eagle’s Flight.
Sarah went on to say, “I am so glad I attended the complimentary train-the-trainer session of Gold of the Desert Kings at Eagle’s Flight’s brand new headquarters. The program itself is incredibly innovative and interactive, yet most importantly it is “business relevant” for my organization. This was very evident when I was able to easily and creatively combine our business processes to the experience and its learning when I ran it for my Senior Leadership Team. They loved it and I received rave reviews. While at “The Nest,” I was able to experience first hand some of the behind-the-scenes magic that makes Eagle’s Flight so great to work with, and found several other programs I know my company will benefit from in the future. Thank you Eagle’s Flight for a great tour, a great session and for helping me with my learning needs.”
You’re welcome, Sarah. It was our pleasure!
What about you? We’d love to have you take advantage of one of our
upcoming complimentary learning events and experience first-hand how we can help.
