Phil founded Eagles Flight over 35 years ago with a bold vision: to transform how organizations build stronger leaders, teams, and cultures — and grew that vision into a company now trusted in more than 35 countries around the world. Drawing on an 18-year career at Nestlé Canada, where he rose to the Executive team as SVP of Human Resources, Phil has authored numerous books on leadership and culture transformation.

Dave Root
Global CFO & CEO, LATAM
With more than 35 years at Eagles Flight, Dave Root has helped shape the company's growth from a North American business into a global leader in experiential learning and behavior change. Throughout his career, he has focused on operational excellence, building the systems and financial discipline that enable sustainable growth. Today, as Global Chief Financial Officer and CEO of LATAM, Dave leads Eagles Flight global financial strategy while driving growth and operational excellence across Latin America. His leadership combines strategic thinking with practical execution, helping strengthen the organization and create long-term value for clients, partners, and employees. Passionate about building healthy organizations, Dave believes lasting business success comes from aligning people, purpose, and performance.
Andrew Thomas
CEO, Asia Pacific
Andrew has spent nearly 40 years mastering the art of communication and leadership, building Southeast Asia's largest PR network before turning his energy toward igniting cultural transformation across organizations. Today, he leads Eagles Flight's charge across Asia Pacific, drawing on his experience coaching global leaders at UBS, Intel, and PayPal to help others unlock their full potential.

Our facilitation community includes experienced learning professionals from around the world who have worked with leaders, teams, and organizations across a wide range of industries and cultures. Rather than facilitating toward a predetermined outcome, they help participants examine what emerged, understand its impact, and connect those insights to the realities of their work.

Tim brings rare scientific rigour and real-world credibility to behavior change, drawing on his standing as an award-winning Chartered Psychologist and Honorary Professor at UCL Institute of Education, alongside 25 years designing performance, leadership, and culture change programs for major organizations. His work at the highest levels of elite sport, including eight years as First Team Psychologist at Arsenal and his role as Head of Psychology and Wellbeing under Mikel Arteta, now fuels his mission to help Eagles Flight leaders turn insight into sustained, higher-performing behavior and culture.
