On Tuesday morning, Eagle's Flight corporate training company opened their doors to small and mid-sized local businesses, not-for-profits and charities, offering an experiential learning session geared toward building teamwork skills.

Business.com recently spoke with Phil Geldart of Eagle’s Flight, a leader in experiential learning for corporate teams in just about every industry imaginable and in numerous countries around the world. Here’s what he had to say about making the magic happen in the workplace.

For the Fourth Time, Eagle’s Flight Receives Top Honor for Product Development Team of the Year in North America - Awards Also Given for Most Innovative Company and Executive of the Year in North America Today, Eagle’s Flight accepted top honors from one of the most respected organizations in the international business community. The company was awarded an International Stevie Award for Product Development Team of the Year in the 2011 International Business Awards. This is the fourth honor for Eagle’s Flight from this annual awards program, one of the highest honors given in the business industry.

The Eagle’s Flight development team received this year’s award for the creation of a completely customized program to instill a culture of innovation throughout a Fortune 100 packaged goods company.

Eagle’s Flight, Creative Training Excellence Inc. has won an International Stevie Award for Product Development Department of the Year in The 2010 International Business Awards, representing the firm’s third win in this annual awards program.
