    In Eagle’s Flight’s eye-opening team-building activity, participants discover how to break down barriers and improve collaboration to not only deliver on their own expectations, but to also be considerate of the equally pressing needs of others. In the midst of all the fun, participants will learn about productive collaboration, communication and results focused teamwork.

    As families living in a close neighborhood, participants will rush to complete their last-minute grocery shopping before tomorrow’s big holiday. The challenge, however, is that everyone in the neighborhood seems to have left their shopping to the last minute. The demands of hungry relatives coming to visit, along with limited supplies in the store and some less than ideal neighborly relationships all create a potentially stressful situation where participants are told, “Don’t come home without it!”

      In order to succeed in business today, it is imperative to forge productive business relationships within the context of the corporate culture.         MUSEUM CAPER™

        In Eagle’s Flight’s mystery-themed virtual experiential activity, Museum Caper, participants will work in teams as detectives to track down the culprits of three major robberies using the evidence left at the scene of each crime. By cross-referencing the clues they have received, they will eliminate suspects and identify the true criminal. After each crime is solved, teams will have an opportunity to identify best practices and ways to improve in order to solve the next one more effectively.

          In Eagle’s Flight’s space-themed virtual experiential activity, Rescue Orion, participants become crew members of the Gemini 1 – a spacecraft designed for critical rescue and crisis-related missions. With their teams, participants will share information only they have by using virtual tools and platforms to solve the assigned challenge. Ultimately, this program makes a perfect team-building activity because it helps attendees discover the direct impact of effective teamwork, planning, prioritization, and resource allocation.

              In Eagle’s Flight’s virtual experience, Panda Path, participants learn what it takes to navigate the pace of change with courage, adaptability, and focus all using a themed setting where participants are a team of researchers and biologists tasked with monitoring the health of the panda population. This experiential learning session draws out lessons on setting the vision, communication, optimizing impact, and the importance of high-functioning teams.

                    Enter the competitive world of Windjammer, where teams of attendees will vie for an edge in an exceedingly active marketplace of high-end sailing products. The demand for products is high, but market fluctuations will affect their value over time. In this engaging sailing-themed experiential activity, attendees will race to acquire raw materials from other teams, manufacture specialized products, and sell them when the market demand is highest. But profit margin is not the ultimate measure of success in this nautical landscape – true victory is a performance beyond expected results. In order to capitalize on every opportunity, negotiation and teamwork will be essential to success.
