How does it work?
In this highly interactive session, participants are first taught and then video-taped as practice of the new communications concepts. The small group atmosphere and continuous feedback enables participants to:
- Overcome fears and become confident as world class communicators
- Learn from group discussions and feedback that provides context and sharing of perspectives and challenges
- Observe and critique their progress as they demonstrate the skills and techniques that are taught
- Develop a personal action plan to identify opportunities to improve and apply the model on the job
