You Deliver

The ‘you deliver’ option is available to clients who wish to leverage their internal training staff into their learning initiative, and requires purchase of a leader’s kit and a Train-the-Trainer program. Our robust Train-the-Trainer process includes:

• a real-time run-through of the training program with client facilitators as participants
• an ‘unpack’ of the course and its key components
• facilitator-led instruction and discussion on mechanics, activities, content, and learning
• significant opportunities for practice and feedback
• follow-up and ongoing support through the client delivery phase

As a rule, emphasis is placed on harnessing the program’s experiential elements toward creating business relevance and bringing the learning to life.

License to deliver the program can be purchased on either a participant or site-wide basis.
