Founded in 1988, our offerings include skill-based program development, conference training events and substantial leadership initiatives. In addition, a large portion of our expertise is in custom program development. Globally, our programs are offered in 25 languages and represented by international licensees in over 35 countries. Our world-wide team is consistently rated as exceeding client expectations, delivering more than 300 programs per month to groups ranging in size from 10 to over 2,000 participants. Our global structure also enables us to work with large multinational companies to provide them with consistent training messages and methods around the world.
