History

Today, Eagle’s Flight is an international brand that provides full-service training solutions from its headquarters in Guelph, Ontario and Minneapolis, Minnesota. Regional offices are located in California, Pennsylvania, North Carolina, Texas and Tennessee. Eagle’s Flight maintains a strong global presence through licensees in more than 25 countries delivering programs in 17 different languages.

The company began in 1988 with the germ of an idea between four friends. Since then, Eagle’s Flight has moved from the basement of founder Phil Geldart’s house to a large office space in downtown Guelph, Ontario, Canada.

Our success has led to sales of Eagle’s Flight products expanding into world markets. Due to increasing sales in the USA, Eagle’s Flight of America was formally established in 1998 to better serve customer needs.

Our catalyst was a business simulation called Gold of the Desert Kings™. This innovative, experiential program revolutionized the training marketplace. As with any unfamiliar market concept, corporate trainers needed time to understand and accept this new approach to training people. However, our client base quickly expanded and revenue growth accelerated.

Eagle’s Flight’s greatest assets are our talented people, our stellar reputation in the marketplace and our ability to develop and facilitate unique, fun programs that work. The brand was built through strong word-of-mouth, maintaining the highest quality standards, and delivering world-class customer service. Eagle’s Flight now has a wide portfolio of programs covering skill-based training, conference training events and leadership development, in addition to customized development to meet clients’ needs.
