How can we make sure the training will stick?

Ensuring that ongoing application of the learning occurs on the job is a key success factor for any leadership development initiative. In order to make certain that the knowledge and skill is transferred to the workplace, Eagle’s Flight offers many optional retention tools, including: pre and post training 360 degree feedback; email reinforcement; telephone coaching; regular practice, debrief and application of the course content and periodic refresher reviews to address specific issues encountered when applying the content on the job.
