In order to make certain that the knowledge and skill is transferred to the workplace, Eagle’s Flight offers many optional retention tools, including: pre and post training 360 degree feedback; email reinforcement; telephone coaching; regular practice, debrief and application of the course content and periodic refresher reviews to address specific issues encountered when applying the content on the job.
