Frequently Asked QuestionsHow long does it take to train my leaders?Acquiring leadership skill is a process, not an event, and can not come about simply through exposure to great content or excellent delivery. Focusing on sustained behavior change is characteristic of all of the Eagle's Flight Living LeadershipTM modules. We refer to the analogy that learning to be a world-class leader is like creating a magnificent web. It is done one strand at a time, with each strand interconnected and serving to reinforce the whole. Our approach is an integrated one, linking together content as the program progresses. Practical application on the job after each module ensures each new skill set is mastered before moving on to the next. Our unique Behavior Change CycleTM illustrates this process, which may take two to four years, depending on the needs of the organization and its leaders. For more information, see "The Foundation of Living LeadershipTM". |
