Build Behaviors
that Drive
Performance
Strategy becomes performance through the decisions people make when pressure is on. Lasting results depend on building the behaviors that help leaders and teams respond consistently when the outcome matters most.
Performance is shaped in the moments that matter
Pressure has a predictable effect on behavior. As priorities compete and decisions become more difficult, recognizable patterns begin to emerge that shape how an organization performs.
Every organization experiences these moments in its own way, but the underlying patterns are consistent. These five challenges provide a practical way to recognize them.
Points in Business Today
Enterprise priorities and standards are clear, but execution quality varies widely by leader, team, or location, creating uneven results and increased risk.
People understand expectations and rules, but decision quality and behavior deteriorate when time, stress, trade-offs, or competing priorities are present.
Standards are maintained by strong leaders rather than reinforced through shared expectations, peer accountability, and everyday ways of working.
Incidents, near misses, customer failures, or compliance gaps continue even with policies, audits, and governance structures in place.
Repeated initiatives generate early momentum but limited long-term behavior change, leading to skepticism and declining adoption.
The Science of Behavior Change
Changing behaviour follows recognizable patterns.
Understanding those patterns is the foundation of lasting performance improvement. Our approach is informed by behavioural science and shaped by decades of observing how people learn, make decisions, and perform under pressure.
Every learning experience is intentionally designed around those principles, giving organizations confidence that every experience contributes to meaningful, lasting behaviour change. Because every learning experience is part of the same proven system, organizations can be confident every experience is designed to improve performance where it matters most.
How We Help Improve Organizational Performance
Every performance challenge eventually becomes a behaviour challenge. The question is which behaviours need to change for performance to improve.
Improve Leadership Effectiveness
Strong leadership creates greater alignment, accountability, and trust across teams.
We help leaders strengthen the behaviors that shape what people notice, prioritize, and ultimately believe matters when the pressure is on.
Create Consistent Execution Across Teams & Locations
Consistent execution depends on thousands of everyday decisions reinforcing the same priorities.
We help leaders and teams build the behaviours that reduce variation, strengthen alignment, and improve follow-through across the organization.
Strengthen Safety, Financial & Reputational Risk Performance
The moments that carry the greatest risk rarely announce themselves in advance. We help organizations strengthen the behaviors that support awareness, judgment, communication, and accountability when conditions become complex or uncertain.
Lead Change That Sticks in an AI-enabled world
Change succeeds when new behaviours become part of everyday work.
We help leaders build the behaviours that reinforce change, sustain momentum, and prevent people from returning to familiar habits.
The Measure of Learning is What Changes Afterwards
Learning creates value when it changes what people do after the experience. The real measure of success is not what happens during the learning experience, but what changes when people return to work.
Every learning experience begins with a clear picture of the behaviours that need to change and the business results those behaviours will create.
Aecon
Building Leadership Consistency Across Canada’s Most Complex Jobsites
Aecon was growing nationally, but the leadership expectations set at head office weren’t landing the same way on every jobsite. Eagles Flight built audience-specific programs embedding a shared leadership language into performance evaluations, developing 3,000+ employees and leaders across remote and shift-based crews nationwide, with the executive team mandating the language organization-wide.
Western Union
Making Customer-First Behavior Stick Across 54 Countries
Previous initiatives at Western Union had generated energy at launch and then faded, widening the gap between stated values and daily behavior across 54 countries. Eagles Flight co-created Leadership Edge, a six-day journey completed by 700 global frontline leaders and reinforced by 12 digital touchpoints, reaching 9,000 employees and driving a measurable increase in customer satisfaction scores.
Merck
When Safety Systems Aren’t Enough: How Merck Moved from Compliance to Conviction Across 52 Global Factories
Merck’s manufacturing network already had the systems, audits, and rules, but global discovery revealed employees didn’t believe safety outcomes were within their control. Eagles Flight built Safe by Choice to close that mindset gap, reaching 52 factories and roughly 20,750 employees while driving a 61% decrease in lost-time incident rates and a 64% increase in near-miss reporting.
