Experiential events may seem like they are all fun and games. Experiential Events Have Lasting Impact

When a presenter throws a bunch of information into a crowd, it’s like throwing wet noodles at the wall. Some of it might stick, but most of it falls away and is quickly forgotten. Experiential events, on the other hand, are much more memorable. People get to learn by doing, which is much more effective than simply listening, reading, or watching.
