Phil Geldart, founder and Chief Executive Officer at Eagle’s Flight, is a recognized authority in the areas of transforming organizational culture and leadership development. He pioneered experiential learning in the training and development industry, his company is now a leader in that field. He has created numerous experiential learning programs which are now used around the world and translated into over two dozen languages. Phil is a powerful speaker, author of seven insightful books in areas crucial to performance improvement, such as leadership, teamwork, experiential learning and culture transformation; and he is a recognized thought leader in the area of releasing human potential. Prior to his current leadership role at Eagle’s Flight he was an executive with Nestlé Canada.

Sue has over 20 years of experience in the creation and delivery of programs and custom designed solutions for Eagle's Flight.
John Wright, President of Leadership Development and Learning Events
Since 1991, John has acquired extensive experience in the design and delivery of a diverse portfolio of programs. In addition to his executive responsibilities as President of Leadership Development and Learning Events, John is considered a valued partner to many executive teams. His insight and experience enable him to effectively diagnose, design, and implement complex culture change initiatives in a collaborative and engaging manner. Moreover, John’s experience in global implementations allows him to draw from a deep well of history to create unique and customized solutions. Chris Evans, Executive Vice President Marketing and Business Development
Chris holds an MBA from Cornell-Queens Executive MBA Program. From 2006-2014, he was the Executive Director and COO of Muskoka Woods Sports Resort. He is now the Executive Vice President Marketing and Business Development at Eagle’s Flight. His diverse executive background managing portfolios include operations, sales and marketing, finance, fund raising and Human Resources. Eagle’s Flight benefits from Chris’ experience and expertise in leading, facilitating and consulting for client executive teams, specifically in the development of their strategic vision and plan.
