Oftentimes when people hear about change a range of reactions occur - not all of which are particularly positive. Change of any magnitude will affect the people, processes, and culture currently in place, regardless of the scale of the change. It’s not a matter of if change is going to happen, but when. What you need when that time comes is receptive and resilient leaders. In this experiential workshop you will learn the following skills that will make you a more effective change leader:
Why will it be experiential? Experiential learning combines immersive activities that mimic real-world challenges with a targeted debrief that connects the lessons learned to the reality of the workplace. It allows participants to learn by doing, and not by just listening, reading, or watching. Because they have personally experienced the results that come with applying their existing skills (both successes and failures) they are more inclined to do things differently next time. New competencies are developed, more information is retained, and participants are more likely to apply their new knowledge back on the job.
