In 1988, Phil created “Gold of the Desert Kings”, Eagle’s Flight’s flagship program, in the basement of his house. He facilitated it to a group of Nestle employees and it was a success. From that session, Phil’s passion to truly change people’s behaviors through experiential learning came to fruition.
As someone who was once in the shoes of many of his clients, he is uniquely positioned to support, coach, and add insight to the Eagle’s Flight team who are developing experiential-based learning solutions for clients around the world.
